 Description I:

Occurs when an agent causes the system to disconnect two or more record entries previously connected, rendering them separate (disconnected) again.

The system SHALL provide the ability to update multiple patient Record Entries by unlinking them according to scope of practice, organizational policy, and/or jurisdictional law.
